Problems connecting to SSAS Cube from Excel

We're trying connect to a SSAS 2017 cube from Excel 2016 but are getting the error shown in the image

All Anti Virus and Firewall is switched off.
Permissions are set to admin permissions in both SSAS and in Active Directory

Any ide
