Tabular model row limit?

I'm trying to process and/or deploy a SSAS tabular model using Visual Studio 2010. One dimension is giving me grief; it hangs at 100,000 rows almost every time when I try to process it locally. Occasionally, about 1 time in 10 if I have killed and restarted VS, and if I Process All, I am able to get all of the 127,000 rows into the model, but then it hangs at 100,000 rows when I try to deploy it to the server. Is there a setting that I'm missing?Thanks,Jill
